The 90-second after-service debrief that compounds learning

Three questions before the team goes home. The improvement curve is steeper than any training program.

Most kitchens and floors disperse the minute service ends. The 90 seconds before they leave are the highest-leverage learning window of the day.

The three questions

  1. “What were the wins tonight?”
  2. “What broke that we want to fix before next service?”
  3. “What’s one thing we’ll do differently tomorrow?”

Answers go on a whiteboard in the pass. The next pre-shift starts by reading them. Closed loops.
